That BITCH Katrina Ruined EVERYTHING!
I was supposed to be heading to New Orleans first thing tomorrow for
almost a solid week of Convergence playtime... but I've been given to
understand that New Orleans is closed for repairs.
So what, pray tell, is daddy gonna do with his days off?
We're going to Canada. A quick net search revealed a couple options for the weekend, and the pieces all just seemed to fall into place for the Lay Bear Day Weekend in Toronto.
So Thursday morning we're off to Canada, which I haven't visited since 1976 or so. I'm really looking forward to it, especially as I'll get to spend time with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
danthered and meet bitterlawngnome. I can't WAIT!
And on Saturday night at O'Grady's, before the Woobie Bear performers take the stage, I'll be hoisting a few drinks in honor of Convergence in Exile. If you're anywhere near by, please join me!
