daddytoddRon gave me an early birthday present a couple weeks ago; a Harman/Kardon 5.1 surround sound amplifier. I hooked it up a couple weekends ago, and have been enjoying the sound it drives through my Polk Audio speakers (a pair of 7A monitors I bought in 1982 -- which still sound magnificent, and smaller remote & center speakers we bought about 10 years ago.
I spent the last few days watching all 22 episodes of Rome on DVD. It was great viewing while down with the flu. I'm disappointed that HBO canceled the series after the second season. I'd love what happens next to Pullo and Caesarion...
