Is there a Problem with Hairrison?

So, I got this email from a friend who states:

 "BLANK just barely called me and told me that Harrison has gone to hell. It seems as though certian permits weren't given, and other issues, I would check the website, BLANK says that all the detials are there. He said it might cause harrison to tank.

Anyway just thought I would pass this along"

There's nothing on the Hairrison website about it. Does anyone know if anything is really up, or is this just drama?

Going by limited knowledge...
the permit for the original location between 9th/10th (in front of the Lone Star) was denied. Those two street are major bridge access roads and there is major construction on the bridge that weekend. It will be a traffic nightmare.
I heard that they were going to try and move it down the road and have it between 11th/12th in front of the Eagle. I just saw a new poster on a light post in the Castro stating the time/date and in front of the Eagle.

And that's all I know.

Labor Day Weekend issue....

I'm a fan of Hairrison....was not happy that the date was moved to Labor Day.....Now it must compete with Convergence, Southern Decadence, and a host of other events for attendance that weekend....
