I tried this the day of the last Star Trek party; t didn't work out so great. I used some Italian sausage from Harmon's. It was chock-full of whole fennel seeds. I HATE fennel. Most of it got tossed yesterday when I did a leftover clear-out.

Now that I've seen THIS, that's my next attempt. We need to have another Feed the Bears potluck so I can make this...

That looks so good if you make me some I would forget how lonely I'll be without you at IBR. OK, It just looks so wonderful and evil and I so want some. I'll find some way to pass my time at IBR I guess.
