The Utah Bear Alliance is proud to announce our first Bear Weekend.

Ruckus 2005 is the UBA's first annual bear run.

We're throwing a camp-out at a beautiful ranch on the Portneuf River
in McCammon, Idaho. This is the same location as our hugely successful
Lava Hot Springs weekend last January.

Ruckus will be 2 nights of fun and entertainment, including Saturday
night at Charley's Bar in Pocatello, which will feature a performance
by the popular bear performer Kendall (known for his hits "The Booty
Song," "Hot Drunk Guys" and "G.I. Barbie.")

Sunday night will feature a Luau and campfire at the ranch in
McCammon, and the weekend will also include all the swimming, hiking
and bear fun you can handle.

July 2nd, 3rd and 4th

McCammon, ID (between Lava Hot Springs and Pocatello).

Price:
Before June 12th
UBA Members: $25 or $30 with Event Tank Top.
Non-Members: $30 or $35 with Tank Top.
After June 12th
UBA Members: $30 or $40 with Event Tank Top.
Non-Members: $35 or $45 with Tank Top.

Price Includes:
Dinner and admission to the show on Saturday night.
Breakfast, Lunch and Luau on Sunday.
Breakfast on Monday.

The Utah Bear Alliance, founded in April, 2004, is a social and
service organization for masculine-identified gay men in Utah and
surrounding states. In its first year, the UBA has become a
significant positive force in the Utah LGBT community, making major
volunteer contributions to Utah Pride, the fight against the anti-gay
Amendment 3, and other community events. UBA has also made monetary
contributions to the GLBT Community Center of Utah's Youth Group, and
to the Utah AIDS Foundation.
UBA also presented the massively successful Mr Utah Bear / Mr Utah Cub
2005 Contest last March, the first Bear Contest in Utah history. UBA
Ruckus 2005, although held in Idaho, represents another UBA first: the
first national event hosted by the club.
